For training in Witelcom solutions and systems we recommend to sign up for one of our regular training courses. Please contact us for more information on training courses.

WITELCOM may provide regular support for which relative good knowledge of TCP/IP networking is mandatory. Furthermore it is assumed that the Online Manual and configuration tips on the support page are read in advance.

SLA/Customer Support is provided through agreement (contact us for SLA-agreements) - includes i.e.:

  • Unit Replacement program for radio systems
  • 1 year free software/firmware upgrade for Nitro and JAvelin
  • Telephone support inside/outside normal work-hours
  • Express support via E-mail/SMS

RMA-form for return of defect or DOA units. Must be included with any return shipment.
